Return Eligibility

•⁠  ⁠Customers must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
•⁠  ⁠Clear unboxing video and product photos are required for return approval.

Non-Returnable Conditions

•⁠  ⁠Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer are not eligible for return.
•⁠  ⁠Color may slightly vary due to lighting or mobile/monitor settings, which is not                considered a defect.

Refund Policy

•⁠  ⁠Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be            initiated.
•⁠  ⁠Approved Refunds may take 5-7 business days to credit in your original payment            method depending on the bank.

Exchange Policy

•⁠  ⁠Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock                      availability.
•⁠  ⁠Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

•⁠  ⁠Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or shipped.
