Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
• Clear unboxing video and product photos are required for return approval.
Non-Returnable Conditions
• Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
• Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Color may slightly vary due to lighting or mobile/monitor settings, which is not considered a defect.
Refund Policy
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
• Approved Refunds may take 5-7 business days to credit in your original payment method depending on the bank.
Exchange Policy
• Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
• Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
